Winter Death toll by flu reaches decade high, yet vaccine barely works!

H3N2 flu death toll in Hong Kong has reached more than 118 people, marks the fatality rate to be 63%, mostly among elderly. Although medical experts in Hong Kong have claimed the epidemic is under control, different strains of flu viruses have risen around the northern hemisphere.
